Camp Buffalo Cottages is unlike the usual vacation development project because the architect/developers are not the usual here today, gone tomorrow builders. After visiting New Buffalo for many years Diane and Bill chose to create Camp Buffalo so they could live there. They’ve planned a serene pond for quiet thought and a swimming pool with play areas just for fun. A community building with a fire pit and amphitheater as well as lighted walkways throughout the project are also planned.

Diane and Bill have designed a place to live as well as a way to live. The Camp Buffalo Cottages within the New Buffalo community are the tangible elements of a practical dream, one in which independence is attainable and interdependence is a choice.

The project’s nostalgic name, Camp Buffalo, defines the couple’s intention to create a fun place filled with the opportunities for good times, lasting friendships and future memories.
