Community Building Complete

This is a very exciting time for Camp Buffalo Cottages. With the completion of the Community Building, a neighborhood is in the making. This lodge-like building is the hub of the development and can be enjoyed by all the owners in Camp Buffalo. It features a 2-story great room with a wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen, a screened porch, changing areas for use at the pool, amphitheater and “walk-in drive-in”, where outdoor movies will be shown.

The Community Building will also serve as the Sales Office. Our scheduled hours will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11a - 6p (MI Time). Additional appointments can be made by contacting us at 269-469-9090.

Model Home Complete

Construction is finished on our first model home. The Great White Buffalo design was chosen as the first home in the Camp Buffalo Community. This two story, 2,200 sq. ft. cottage includes a wrap-around porch, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, open kitchen, dining room and living areas, and many standard features such as granite, wood staircase, and large closets that are normally upgrades in other developments. Open house hours are Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (MI).
